Does anyone know how to figure the amount of baby aspirin to give a dog?

I know it depends on the dogs weight, but I don't know how to calculate it.

Also, how many times a day they can have it? How long a period of time cna it be given?

It is long ago since I last used it for a dog with beginning signs of arthritis.

Please, please call your vet. Your vet is the only one that knows your pet the best to know what drugs are safe to be given and at what dosages. And I strongly advise other Zootooers to not advise what dosages or what to give because if you give the wrong advice you could be held liable. You are not legally supposed to give medication instructions if you are not licensed to do so.

So please, call your vet.

I would never give any medication to a pet without a recommendation from the vet. Many of the medicines that we use can be harmful to pets.

Take Jessica's advice. You need to talk to your vet. We are not the experts.
