Q: How many permit their dogs to ride lose in the car?
If so, why not secure them or put them in a crate? Also, how many permit their dogs to stick their heads out the window when driving?

This is my biggest pet peeve . . no pun intended. Simone is kept in a crate when she rides in the car. I would never want to put her in any danger and that is the safest place for her.

mines rides in a dog seatbelt. She wears doggles when in the convertible - yes she sticks her head out - hence the doggles

No, they are in crates. It actually keeps the car cleaner.
