Q: How Long Does It Take To Receive Samples?

It should take between 4-6 weeks. I think mine took more like 6 weeks. Definitely if you feel it has taken too long then contact zootoo and they will help.

Ive join months ago and ive never received anything Ive requested either

Samples are not given out by Zootoo, they are given out by third-party companies. So eventhough you request them from zootoo, you're really requesting them from the third-party companies. Sometimes the third-party companies will run out of samples and zootoo is not aware so it may say there are samples available if there aren't. In any case, I know on zootoo it says 4 - 6 weeks, but most free samples I've ever got from other sites have always said to expect 6 - 8 weeks for your samples, and I USUALLY get them before then.

I've been a member here for about a month now and haven't received any samples yet, but hey can't complain if I don't get them since they're free :)

They are supposed to arrive in 4-6 weeks, but many dont arrive until 2 months after you request them.

Some samples take a very long time. I received some samples just last week and I had forgotten when I actually requested them! Please call Zootoo and they'll help you.
