Q: How long does it take to get your sample requests?
I have requested my samples since June and I still have not recieved any of them. I am not sure if they got lost or if it takes a long time to get them.

If you haven't received your samples in a timely fashion, best to email support@zootoo.com so they can check status for you.

i requested samples for my fish a long time ago and i still have not received mine. i have requested other products and it did not take very long to get it. so it just depends on what you requested.

I am still waiting on several of my free samples also. My best advice would be for you to call zootoo they are very friendly and can help you out!
