Q: How Fast does Fur grow Back?
How fast does cat fur grow back when it is shaved cause there is still no sign of new fur on Shorty's neck where it was shaved for blood work I remember that whe I had Ipea his fur on his neck didn't ever come back I am worried that the fur on Shorty's neck will not come back and Some one will not want to adopt him with fur missing from his neck, So how fast does it grow back should there be signs of new fur yet or not?

It depends on the cat, the season, and the climate, but typically it can take one or two months or longer.

When i was little and didnt know any better. I cut off my cat's wiskers that were over her eyes. I remember that i wanted to help her look better. I got is big trouble by my mom though. It seems that it took a long time for them to grow back but they eventually did. I hope your kitty's fur will start to grow back quickly.

It's funny you ask that. One one of my guinea pigs has some fur loss from mites and I've been wondering the same thing. I'll bet it's the same as with humans. Some people's hair grows faster than others. I agree that it should grow back
