Q: HOW DO YOU TRAIN YOUR GUENIA PIG

Baby guinea pigs can be such little brats! I got my first one when I was nine, and remember telling my mom: "I hate her!" because she was so stubborn and naughty. But she eventually became my best friend and lived almost nine years. Be patient because they are super hyper and opinionated as babies. I try to spend as much time with little guinea pigs as possible. Reading to a baby piggy is one of my favorite things to do, because it helps them recognize and accept your voice. Also, if you establish a routine, she'll learn to expect certain things during the day, and even look forward to them. One of my favorites is a treat (veggies) each evening. I hope this helps--I bet eventually you'll be best friends! :)
