Can't your parents help you? Dogs need at least one or two walks per day, not just let out in the yard and let back inside. Hopefully you and your parents discussed this before you got a dog.

If you're in middle school, let them out in the morning, when you get home, and once before bed.

You should ask a neighbor to let them out, one is a stay home parent, someone you trust.

I too have a fenced in back yard with a doggie door. The doggie door has helped so alot.

We are fortunate enough to have a large fenced in backyard and a dog door, so our dogs can take a 'potty' break whenever needed. Lots of people head home on lunch breaks to let their dogs outside or have a friend/neighbor stop in to let them out midday if they work long days. Another option may be to hire a dog walker or have the dogs go to doggie daycare if you are unable to get them out often enough.

I always seem to find time to let my dogs out. and if need be they can hold it a long time so I don't have to worry about accidents.
