I change the litter box everyday and for some reason the whole room still smells like litter box!

What kind of litter do you use. I like to use scoopable cat litter. I have found that clay cat litter always smells like litter box even when still in the bag! I have two cats and I like Fresh Step Multipule cat strength the best. It is the only litter I have found that doesn't make our room or house stink. We scoop it daily and change the litter every other week.

Good Luck!

You should use fresh step and ad about a table spoon of baking soda each time you put litter in the box. Also feeding your cat Iams and Purina cat food doesn't make the poo smell nearly as bad also put a little bit Omega litter that should take away the foul smell.

Baking soda sprinkled over it works great. It neutralizes the ammonia in the urine. I even dump baking soda in my horse stalls. Works like a charm.
