I think all you have to do is choose the shelter that you support and then you just have to vote.

The point accumulation phase is over but I see that Jefferson County is in the top 20, so if they get picked as a semi-finalist, your daily votes (10 per day per individual) could still help them win.

Stand by for Phase III, which begins April 13th when the public casts their votes.
