Q: How do I rate a video for points?

You earn 40 points when you *submit* a video. You can comment on photos and videos submitted by others, but I don't believe you get any points for that. However, someone commented on the photo of my German Shepherd and I really liked that!

I think you are a little confused. For the 40 points, you have to submit a video of your pet using a pet product or service. So its an action shot of your pet with a product or service.
