Q: How do I open and upload photos-file format not supported?
I am looking for someone who can help me. One of the other volunteers e-mailed me pictures of my foster babies and Muneca to put up on ZooToo and Twitter.I downloaded them,but when I tried to open them I get a message that says photo gallery can't open the file, the file fomat is not supported. What do I do?

What I would suggest is to first, find out what the file extension is and then include it either in this question or post it again. I'm relatively sure that someone will answer your question and be sure to send it to Marcello and Gavin. Do a search in the search engine up top and chose 'users' as the selection for your interest. The most common file types for pics are gif and jpeg. So, if the file extension is not this type you may have to do a 'save as', etc.

This is definitely a Gavin question. Go to the search in the upper right of the zoo screen. Type in Gavin C. (gavin) and choose users. It will bring you to him and you can ask him the question. He is the technical guy. Good luck!
