Q: How do I change the shelter that I want my points to support?

send or call zootoo and give them the name and zipcode of the shelter. Also give them your user name and e-mail address. It takes about 3 days.

when you email them you will get a standart will get back to you in three days. they have a free number call them any of your acumulatedpoints shouldgo with you but i really don't know

You can either call them or email them. If you call, they will do it right then. You need to give them the shleter name and address or zipcode.

I thionk you have to make a new profile but I would check with zootoo before doing all that

I am not sure. I looked over the my info and there is no place that I see to change it. Try contacting Zootoo directly. Maybe they can help you. Sorry Jamie
