Q: How do I change the shelter I support?

I went to My Zootoo and tried to click on "Select a Shelter" to change the shelter I currently support. It just keeps telling me I already support a shelter. Any tips?

I am actually in the process of doing that myself. You have to send an email to zootoo and they will reply asking what shelter and they tell you to make sure they have it.

Send an e-mail to Zootoo and they will change it for you. It takes a few days for them to make the change.
