Q: How do I change the shelter I am affiliated with?

I want to change the shelter I am affiliated with, but can't figure out how.

You can email or call. I called and they changed it right then.
Make sure you have the name of the shelter and zip code that you are changing to.

From what I read on their sign up page, if you are changing the shelter you are affiliated with for support in the Shelter Makeover Contest, you are only allowed to do this in the first 30 days. I'm guessing that is so people are kept from jumping unfairly from shelter to shelter.

I thought you could do it from your My Zootoo page, but I was told yesterday that this is incorrect. Apparently you have to email Zootoo and request the change.
