Q: How do I change my shelter affiliation on zootoo so my favored shelter can get points in the makeove

You go to the MyZooToo button on the upper right side... then click on select shelter.

Send an e-mail to Zootoo with the name and zipcode of the shelter plus your user name and e-mail address. It takes a couple days for them to make a change, but you will get an e-mail letting you know when it's been done.

you have to go to my zootoo and change the shelter, all you need is the zipcode of the area where the shelter is in, and it will find it.
