I am trying to change my profile picture. When I go to submit, it says server not found.

You apparently figured it out on your own--and did a terrific job! That's an awesome shot. (However, I hope you realize that you will need to have a profile photo that contains either you and/or one of your pets in order to be "official" and a "qualifying entrant" for the Rescue Group Sweepstakes.)
