I noticed something stuck to Skitters paw the other day so I looked and I can't tell if it is part of the pad of her paw and she has ripped it or if it is something stuck in the pad of her paw so is there a way I can tell for sure and how? Also she isn't limping, licking it or using it less, Would a groomer know what it might be or not?

If you can take a pic, do that and post it in a journal.

If she isn't licking it, then it's probably nothing. Try soaking the paw in a bowl of warm water or by using a warm compress {like a wet towel}. After it's had a chance to soak and soften, try gently rubbing it off. Once it's wet and clean, you may also have a better idea of what it is.
