Q: How are the Humane Society to dispose of the

Our Humane Society will only euthanize an animal if it is too ill to recover or proves to be too dangerous to adopt out. Group cremations are very common.

Our shelter cremates the animals.

I would not think that it is legal to simply place the animals in the dumpster. You would have to check your state statutes.

Ubfortunately it's not illegal to put dead animals in a dumpster. That's how your vets and animal shelters dispose of them also.
