What exactly is Herd Board? For a horse, could someone please explain.

i would assume that means they are paskept in a barn

sorry that should read that they are boarded in a pasture with other horses instead of being kept in a barn. this is a cheaper way but you must be sure the have something to get out of the weather and that they are fed everyday and have access to water
