Is there a friend or family member that can take the two of them while you get everything back on track. It sounds like they are also going to make you pay a pet deposit for the one of them. I would think that right now the priority is to have your water so it is not cut off. Maybe you could find another place to live that is cheaper or goes on your income and will allow you to have animals.

So sorry for your situation. However you mentioned you were on SSI due to disability.Have you checked into housing through your disability agency?I have a friend that is a social service agent. They allow pets in most apts. They charge rent according to your benefits. She stated all is included in rent except the phone. This may help you.She mentioned since you have utilities being shut down this is an Emergency situation and in their office its a "stat" or rush. They will get you into somewhere asap. Its worth a try at aleast. As far as locating a "sitter" possibly call a rescue. You may find a foster parent willing to help until you are situated? Your pets will most likely have to be up to date on all shots etc. That may work? I wish you the best of luck. Will send good thoughts your way. Hope we hear good news from you in future.
