Q: Halloween Treats?

Do your pets get halloween candy hint hint milk bones, catnip ex.... and do you dress them up for halloween?
I Wish I could dress Skitters up but she would let me dress her up but she would tear up the costume, I know there are kitty costumes but I don't think Shorty would be too happy unless he got to show off the costume.

Nope, I don't give extra treats for Halloween. They get the same treats they always get. I never dress mine up either. The only exception to that is when the weather is really cold and the dogs are going for their daily walks. Then they wear hoodies or sweatshirts for warmth.

I'll give my animals a small bit of something I have for myself. Usually it's in the form of milk chocolate, but whatever works.
Roo use to be a dinosaur every year. Not that she liked it, she just didn't fight me about it. I'd put the costume on long enough to get my "awe"s in or maybe take a picture, then I'd take it off for next year. Tosca looks adorable in hats - like seriously extreme cuteness going on. So I may put an old fashioned hat and and a strand of pearls on her, but it never lasts very long.

I've never dressed mine up but my rescue hold an Open House in the Fall and have a costume contest. It's amazing the really cute costumes people come up with.

Nope, but I was in PetSmart yesterday and all the Halloween costumes and "treats" were out, so many people apparently DO "dress and treat" their pets.
