Sometimes in the summer after a long walk, we take the dogs to Braum's for a scoop of vanilla ice cream. We don't do it often (once or twice a year) because we don't want them eating all that sugar, but they do get it as a very rare treat. I try to make sure all of mine eat healthy. I'll sometimes cook chicken or turkey and bone it out for the dogs and cats. Guilty pleasures are something they shouldn't have but get occasionally, so I don't really see a Kong as a guilty pleasure. All of our dogs have Kongs and we keep a few extras just in case they tear one up or we rescue another dog that needs some stimulation. We put all-natural peanut butter (no sugar or salt) and treats in them so they can play and work for their snack. We don't do the peanut butter thing often either because of the high fat. Please be careful with the baby food. Some baby food has onion, which is toxic to dogs and cats. Read the labels before opening up a jar to give your pets. As NGM said, caffeine and grapes are a big no-no too. Just think how bad for people most snack foods are...high in fat, loaded with 3 days worth of salt, full of sugar and empty calories. Imagine how bad that is for a little dog or cat, but some things people eat can be very dangerous to their little systems.
The rock sucking thing isn't all that rare. It could be due to a physical or emotional reason. Disorders of the intestinal tract, deficiency of some vital nutrient such as iron, diabetes mellitus, and a number of other illnesses can cause that behavior. The dog could also be acting out of boredom or frustration, or anxiety. In any case, medical conditions should be ruled out and it's not a behavior that should be encouraged. Chewing rocks can be dangerous to a dog's teeth and soft mouth tissues. It can lead to intestinal blockage, vomiting, diarrhea, or even choking, if the rock is large enough to block your dog's throat. Even if a dog doesn't intend to swallow the rocks, accidents happen and then oftentimes surgery is the only recourse.

I'm not sure I would label pet toys, pet food, and blankies guilty pleasures. That's just a necessity of a comfortable and well lived life for a pet. Even raw carrots are good for dogs and they put them in some pet food. My pets weren't allowed any true guilty pleasures as far as food goes because most of our food isn't good for them and I never wanted to establish bad habits that could affect their health. I guess their guilty pleasure was sleeping in the bed with me and being allowed on the sofa, or putting a DVD of swimming fish on the television before leaving for work. By the way, grapes are toxic to dogs and can damage the kidneys or cause renal failure. Even though one grape isn't going to kill him, you shouldn't feed your dog grapes or raisins as treats so that you can avoid him/her “getting a taste for them”. And coffee contains caffeine, theobromine, or theophylline, which can cause vomiting and diarrhea and be toxic to the heart and nervous system.

Tosca loves cornbread. Navarro loved Lasagna, so much that he'd demand a little every time. The weirdest one though was Abintra's siblings. These three little kittens would jump on the table to drink beer. We had to make rule that no one was allowed to set a beer down around them.
