Q: Green Cheek Conure

Could someone please tell me if my green cheek conure needs to have a nightlight in her room when she goes to bed? I know that cockatiels should have one because of night frights. Thanks for your help.

Conures are generally ok without a light, however if you feel that noises during the night might scare your bird it would not hurt to put a small light on somewhere nearby, other than that most birds feel quite secure having at least the back of their cage covered at night.
