Q: Free samples
Over a month ago I ordered several of the free samples listed on the products page. I still haven't received them. Has anyone else had this problem?

yes i have had that problem. i am still waiting for a sample for fish that i ordered about a year ago. i think it depends on the company. i know for the treats in shape of veg. do that a little while

Yes, I ordered the vegie things for a tortoise 6-8 weeks ago, I understand it takes a long time, luckily tortoises live a long life, hope I do! : )

It took my first order about eight weeks-second order nearly three months.
