Q: free samples?

I've been on zoo since may & haven't received any of my sample requests yet.

I received one of five and its been several months for most of them! Dee Dee is right that we should contact zootoo.

When my samples took a long time, I called Zootoo and I received them the following week.

I've only been able to order two samples....they finally did arrive, but it was 2 or 3 months later......samples have been sparse lately!

I ordered a sampled when I first got on Zootoo in July and still haven't received it. I'm assuming it will eventually show up.

Yes. Eventually, but it takes a while. Waited about 8 weeks.

I dont think they do, I still have not recieved any. I'm not to concerned about it though.

For me my samples usually show up about 2 months-3 months after I request them, although I was suprised I got a sample today that I only requested last week.

But most the time I don't recieve my samples at all, so I have learned not to get my hopes up about recieving my samples.
