Free puppies at Wal-Mart parking lot

I saw two cars hawking free puppies at Wally World today. Does W-M have a policy on that and what do you think a zootooer should do when s/he sees this kind of thing?

What are you people saying that people that shop at walmart are not decent enough to own a puppy and would rather the police call the pound to pick them up to be euthanized before they have a chance at life. You all discussed me with your answer's

well, i think it it disturbing for anyone who loves animals to see this happening, however i think handling it with compassion is key.. remember not everyone thinks like a zootooer and coming across as a gangbuster is not going to get anyone to listen. these people think they are doing right and they could be doing worse i suppose.. but they dont know who they are giving them away too.. and lets not forget the real key to this that people still are uneducated or dont have/know resources to have their animals spayed/neutered.. lets try to help these people find places for their unwanted litters and get services so their dog doesnt have more! by chasing them away from the parking lot is not going to get to the heart of the matter.. if it were me, i would take them all get the person a number for a low cost spay/neuter and bring the whole bunch to a trusted animal rescue org/shelter..

If the puppies are free....I honestly don't have a problem with it. At least the owners are attempting to find them a home. My advice is to give them the address to a local vet to get their female dog spayed as to not waste anymore time in the Wal Mart parking lot!
