Q: Free products

It has been SEVERAL months since I ordered free pet treats from this site. Still haven't seen them? Do they even exist? Has anyone actually gotten them? Seems like it shouldn't take THIS long!

I've also requested them (months ago) and have NOT received them.

I've only ordered two products....but I did eventually get them both. Be patient....they will come!

I haven't gotten mine either, but if you read people's reviews they often say "it took forever to get this sample" etc etc. I requested mine when I first signed up for Zootoo and that was weeks and weeks ago!

I have only received the one of four that I have requested. It took about twelve weeks to receive the coupon.
I have not received the other three I have requested.

You are right, it should not take this long to get them. Mine arrived within a couple of weeks.
