Q: free products

we requested two free products about two weeks ago???? they still haven't arrived???? is that normal????

Seems to be normal, I requested samples over a month ago and I still have not recieved them.

Glad to know I'm not alone. I requested 2 samples about 2 months ago and I have nothing either.

It says when you request a product, it can take 4-6 weeks. So keep waiting! haha

I have only ever received one and that one took like 3 months to get to me. I don't know if i'll ever get the other ones.

I've heard that people aren't receiving their free products at all. Maybe there some kind of site glitch.
