My dogs eat flies all the time(or at least try to) and they usually succeed. Theyy are perfectly fine. I don't think your dog eating a fly here or there will make any difference. My dog has eaten many things worse than that.

I don't think eating a fly now and then poses much, if any, risk. However, letting your dog get into this habit may create a potential problem when it is a bee or wasp in the window instead of a fly.

It's okay. : ) My dogs eat flies and bugs too. Actually, I encourage them! lol It's a great game and bugs are a great source of protein. Many stray dogs eat bugs to keep going. Just try to keep an eye on which bugs they eat. Some of them may not be good for them. Probably, anything they can catch is ok.

Good luck!
