Q: Flag this? What does this mean regarding Zootoo comments?

it notifies zootoo that someone has put something innapropiate or something like that on the site.

It's a way for Zootoo members to alert Zootoo to someone abusing zootoo or making inappropriate comments.

This keeps unwanted comments or nasty messages off the site. If someone posts inappropriate things, you can flag it for removal.

I believe it notifies the web site owners that something is offensive or needs to be reviewed by them

I think if you see something offensive that should not be posted you can flag it for removal.

I believe it alerts someone from zootoo to look at the comment and delete it if necessary.

i agree with melissa. i wonder though if someone doesn't like another person if they can just keep flagging their comments... that would be bad...

My understanding is that it sends a message to Zootoo telling them that the comment is inappropriate.
