If it is an emergency, that animal needs to go to the vet IMMEDIATELY!!! Why are you asking questions on the internet?! Money or not, that animal may be suffering and NEEDS immediate medical attention! Most vets are more than willing to work with you in situations like this, so please don't deny your animal medical attention!!!!!!!

Money or not you need a vet period. One will work it out with you. There is no other way. We are not vet's and can't give you advice like this. Your cat is ill, you owe it to her to get her treatment and not let her suffer. If she has not had her shot she could have rabies you just dont know. Get her to a vet! ASAP

GET THAT CAT TO A VET!!!! The vet will most likely still take your cat in!! They will work out some kind of deal with you. Just tell them you don't have the money and explain what happened. It could be a number of things but I know that it is serious! Cats do not show that they are ill until their condition is serious!!! Please do not let your cat suffer, TAKE HER TO THE VET!
