This tops the funniest questions yet! I love it! The only thing I can say is - - can you imagine? The pet wouldn't know what was up or down!

I'm guessing that he does, though I don't know what. He has been active in promoting emergency evacuation plans for pet owners and has spoken of "those of us who are pet owners", etc. He declared June "National Preparedness Month for Animals". As bad of a guy as he is, I think he has actually helped raise awareness about preparing for emergency evacuations....
