Does anyone know what fruits and vegetables are good for my dog?

I would like to know what fruits and vegetables are good for my dog? Many dog foods claim to have them in the ingrediants but I would prefer to add my own from the garden or grocery store. I do know from some research that grapes and raisins are a huge no no and can cause major kidney damage and failure. What others would you suggest and why? Thank you.

Carrots, broccoli, peas, spinach, pumpkin, squashes and sweet potatoes are all good for your dog! There are instructions on how to prepare these veggies if you search the internet.

Good question and I was just wondering this myself!
I heard can green beans(no salt) have lots of nutrients and act as a filler in dog food.
I give to mine a few days a wk. and they love it!
My overweight Chi. has even lost weight by doing this!
Will try the pumpkin & sweet po. as well.
