Q: Does anyone know of pet-friendly hotel chains?

I know that some of the la quintas take pets...i have stayed there and they are a pet friendly hotel so just check around and ask most of them are starting to accept pets

I stayed at a Comfort Inn with my dogs. It did cost extra. Also, you can check www.petswelcome.com

Motel 6 is very dog friendly. And as far as I know none of them charge for a pet either!! On the road we usually try to find a motel 6 since we have dogs.
