Here is one I found on-line. I used dog bone cookie cutters. My dog and his dog friends like them. They don't keep very long since there are no preservatives.

Peanut Butter Puppy Poppers
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 cup peanut butter crunchy or smooth
1 cup milk
Preheat oven to 375. In a bowl, combine flour and baking powder. In another bowl mix peanut butter and milk and then mix in dry ingredients. Knead dough on a lightly floured surface, roll to approx. 1/4 in thick. Cut into shapes and bake for 17-20 minutes on a greased baking sheet. Be careful, they burn easily. I have also experimented with adding a bit of apple sauce so soften the batter.

I found this on-line a few years ago doing a google search for dog cookies. There are 1000's out there- some easy and some a bit too complex for me. This one is pretty easy.

A quick check on Google will give you many recipes. That way you can choose which one(s) suit your ambition, and experiment until you find several that your group of companion animals like.
