I have the most WONDERFUL Yorkie in the world. My cousin raises Yorkies, in Ohio, and all of his Yorkies are hand raised, loved, and are the best pets ever!!!!!! My little guy is ten years old now, and he is just as sweet as ever. He thinks he's as BIG as a Rott, but weighs all of 5 pounds. They are not a good pet around little children because they are so small and can't take a lot of ruff-housing! You won't regret getting a Yorkie!!!!!!!! Let the Yorkie PICK you!

Pete is 3 and Dakota 2--they are borthers, 3/4 Yorkie, 1/4 Lasha Apso. Their looks and personalities are as different as night and day. Both are definitely "people" dogs and prefer tobe on your lap all the time. Dakota will not lay on the floor--only ont he furniture. They are both very strong-willed dogs and will both growl when they don't like something. On the other hand, you couldn't find two more loveable dogs. I would highly recommend a Yorkie.
