Does any one know where I can get Duck Diapers locally or how to make them myself.

I have a small baby Mallard. Hes only a few weeks old and doesnt like to be left alone much . Does any one know a pet supply store in the New Orleans area where I can purchase Duck Diapers, or how to make them .I have tried several pet stores and was not surprised when I didnt find any. I found some online sites but not too crazy about giving out my info to someone whom Ive never heard of before.

theres not alot of people looking to buy duck diapers so pet stores wont carry them, your only chance is online or make them yourself

google it but i'd personally go for the tried and true diapers from mother goose...some diy diaper instructions involving plastics and rubber bands are not only faulty but dangerous

Duck Diapers.... NOOOO I do not think the duck industry has even considered this idea,

You can keep your duckling warm and your home poop proof by by using a large 60 to 80 gallon "rubbermaid" container to house it, Place shavings in the bottom that you change as needed and you will be able to clip a het light on the side so your duckling can move to the heat as it needs it and away from it as it does not, be sure to put ample water and food into the container. As the duckling matures and feathers out, you can transfer the duck to a well built enclosure outdoors at night and allow the duck to forage during the day.
I hope this helps.

Ducks do not make good household pets. Contrary to the duck and chicken on Friends.

I really don't think they make them, I hope you have enough ground to build a pen & I really thin your duck needs to be with another duck, one duck shouldn't be alone or allowed to imprint on you but I'm afraid he already has and that is not good, he will think your his mother an he really can't live inside with you.
