Q: Do you treat your pets to a pedicure?

Just curious, do you take your dogs, cats, small pets for professional pedicures or do you do it yourself? How often do your pets get the "spa" treatment?

Dog toes are done here at home about every two weeks, or when needed. It helps to shine sunlight through the nail to see the quick.
Horse hooves are about every 6-8 weeks, or as needed.
With so many critters, I save money wherever I can by doing my own teeth, toenail, shots, training, and grooming.
I also used to trim my rabbits, guinea pigs, and rats' toenails.

I take care of my 2 cats feet. I can't consider what I do a pedicure but I do trim the nails. I'm too afraid to take my cats anywhere for nail grooming as I have heard of injuries to animals when they do not calm down to get their nails trimmed.
