Q: Do different time zones affect the order "Answers" appear?

When I answered Tina B's question ("Why do I have different points in Zootoo makeover contest?"), I supposedly was FIRST. Her question was asked 48 minutes ago (when I checked) and I answered 32 minutes ago. Later, I saw that two other Zootooers (Cindy L. and vcwhite) had answers posted 1 hour ago--which would be BEFORE the question was even asked! How can this be? [Okay, Zootoo is wacky in many ways, but I don't get it!!]
