Changing pictures

I have tried 3 times to change Josie's picture but it just keeps adding the same original picture... The one showing here of her lying down is the one I WANT on her profile.
HELP!

The same thing happens to me! Sorry I can't help I just felt like sharing that I have the same problem and now I know that I'm not the only one with it.
