Q: Change name on rescue

I had checked on this a few weeks ago and zootoo support told me they have to have a page on zootoo so I was waiting for them to get all their permits etc so they can put it up on here. I want PAAWS off!!

Yes, I was wondering that too. I have heard from others before that you need to email support to change your affiliation on your own page, but in your case, you may have to first make sure that zootoo has Cats Cradle added to the list to choose from. Then we can all change to Cats Cradle!

i think that both kelly and deb have good points. but at this point if you are going to write i would wait a few days till the site is straighted out. there was a way but that was way back during the first makeover but they would not let you at that point. maybe try to click on your shelter on your profile page when that comes up see if there is a way there to change it. good luck. but like i said wait till the site is straightened up as i guess they are pretty busy now trying to fix it.

You have to email Zootoo ay support@zootoo.com and ask them to change your rescue affiliation.

I went under "Pet Services" on the blue pull down top menu bar. Then I searched for animal shelters by zipcode. About a dozen shelters appeared. On the top right of the page I was asked, "Want to review a service but don't see it listed? Then I clicked on "add service". I typed in name, address, phone number and selected "rescue group/organization" from their list. I could have selected animal sanctuary or cat club but selected rescue. One of the questions asked on the form was if I was the owner/manager and click yes/no. Maybe if you do this and select yes, zt will add the new shelter faster. I don't know if the info I typed in even "took" since I was told my page was updated but I don't see anything. Doesn't appear that you can write reviews anymore since no current shelter makeover going on.
