Q: Cat urine smell on luggage

try natures miracle - we used that a lot and it helped. You can find it at petsmart etc.

One thing that I have found that works on cat urine is hydrogen peroxide. My tom cat (even though neutered, of course) was going to the bathroom in one of the bedrooms. I soaked the spot with peroxide, then cleaned it with regular carpet cleaner, and problem solved.
