Q: Cat primary breed catagorie

I was attempting to list our newest cat, but have to enter primary breed. She's a domestic long-haired cat (we got her from a shelter & that's how she was listed. That isn't a choice in the listing. I don't want to just "pick one" so I emailed Zootoo and they said they'd forward the suggestion on choices, but I still don't see it. I'm sure there are others who had this same situation. What did you do?

I just picked the closest thing to it. American shorthair or wahtever it says. I agree with you though. Most cats are not purebred, mine are not... and I wish ZooToo would add the Domestic Short-Medium-Long Haired to their list of cat breeds.

I'm in the same boat since DSH, DMH and DLH are pretty much the "mutts" of the cat world. Most shelter and stray cats aren't a certain breed but a fine mix of everything, so I REALLY think Zootoo needs to consider adding Domestic Short/Medium/Long Haired to the list of cat breeds!

I dont think that they realize that most cats are domestic, mine is a domestic medium haired, so I just put american short hair because most domestics are american anyways. hopefully domestic will be added soon so that I can change it under my profile.
