Q: Car show & Animal Shelter fundraisers

Has anyone had an old car show that has advertised that they will donate all proceeds to their local shelter?
Also, have they been able to partner with the shelter to bring out adoptable pets during the car show?
I think this is a great idea!
What do you think?

I haven't heard of this, but I'll bet if car clubs were asked to do this they would. I have a classic car that I show and most of the car shows that I go to are raising money for some cause. It takes a lot of time & work to put a car show together, though; so car clubs should be asked well before the show season starts.

I think is worth following up... the local club in Spring Hill are very active and worth approaching, do you have contacts.... if not add this to the HSNC group discussion I'm sure someone knows someone, this has to be set up NOW!

No but what a great idea. We have several car clubs around here and it never hurts to ask if they would do one for a fundraiser.
