Q: Can't find Petco Number

Going to the store is your best bet. I know there is a tollfree number on the PETCO website - I didn't try to use it, but I think others have and were successful

I went today and got my card, yes you do have to go to the store.

Yes you do have to go to a store to sign up. I said it was unfair but alot of people think it's ok. Just find one near you(ours is 35 miles away) and sign up.

I was told that you have to sign up to gt your card at the store.

I have a cup that I keep all my cards in so I don't lose them. But I couldn't find a place on the website to sign up either.

I couldn't find my PetPal card so I just called our local store and they gave me my number. And yes, it is also on any of your sales recp'ts that you have used your PetPals card for at Petco.

I was looking for my petco card and couldn't find it. I don't live in the same town as petco, so would have to make a special trip to get my number. In reading the answers to this question, I read that petco receipts have the number on it! I just happened to have a petco receipt in my purse and "viola!" I have my number !!! Thanks !!!

I looked online and did not find a place to sign up, so I called. Yes, you do have to go to a store to sign up for the card.

I looked there too...I think you should be able to get it on line, but apparently you can't so you have to go into the store...I guess I see where they are going with that!
