Do you mean for shelters? The new 'adoptable pets' tool?

I'm not sure, but if you mean adding a pet to your zoo you click on 'My Zootoo' then click on the second heading on the right that says 'My Zoo' and click on the second option under that that says 'Add a pet'

I think to upload adoptable pets, you have to be the shelter manager with access to the shelter manager page.
