Q: Can eating spinach or lettuce harm cat?

for some reason my cats like to eat it too. i dont think it hurts them if anything its prob good for them.

No, it can't hurt them.
We have had/have cats that like/liked peas, beets, and green beans.

I think it's good for them. Our cats, when let outdoors, love to eat grass. I think when they are stuck indoors for the winter they use lettuce as a substitute. I had heard cats eat grass to help them get rid of (cough up) their hairballs, but my grass/lettuce eating cat doesn't have hairball problems too often.
