Yes they do. My parents passed away and left behind a chihuahua and she came to live with us. She had a teat with a lump (mass) on it. We took her to the vet and they removed it and it was cancer. I was concerned about having it removed at her age (14) but the vet said if I didn't the mass would bust and it was painful to her and she chewed her paws. About 6 months after the first mass was removed she developed another one on a different teat. She would not survive another surgery so we let it go until she had pain and had her put down at the age of 16. She had not been spayed until she was 7. The vet said had she been spayed earlier she probably wouldn't have developed the cancer.

when most people think "breast cancer", they think human, and they think female. actually, yes, dogs and other animals can get breast cancer...and so can males, including human men, though it is far less common in males. remember Rod Roddy, former announcer for The Price is Right? he had breast cancer. no kidding.
