Q: can dogs get breast cancer?
I just found some kind of mass on my dogs teat . I was wondering if dogs can get breast cancer.I want to thank all who answered and i am takeing her to the vet asp.

Yes, they can get breast cancer. Is your dog spayed? That is one big advantage of spaying - helps to cut the "female" cancer risks tremendously. Dogs can get many non-cancerous masses...the only way for you to be sure is to have the vet take a look. Good luck...I know masses can be very scary to find.

yes if not spayed before their first heat they can get breast cancer have her checked by your vet,good luck
