I'm not sure what kind of fruit water you're talking about...something you make yourself or one of the many fruit-flavored waters sold in stores. Many store-bought fruit-flavored waters are sweetened with aspartame, which can cause brain lesions, cancer, and seizures. The ones that aren't sweetened with artificial sweeteners probably have way too much refined sugar in them to be healthy. Sugar gliders don't require a lot of sugar. They are omnivores, meaning they eat a wide variety of foods.
